Ashley Allen Car Accident HEATH SPRINGS, S.C. — Authorities confirm that 54-year-old Ashley Allen of Kershaw died following a two-vehicle collision Thursday evening on Flat Rock Road near Whistle Lane. The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office are investigating the crash, which occurred at approximately 8 p.m. and involved only the two drivers, with no passengers reported in either vehicle.
Responding troopers and Lancaster County Deputy Coroner Lynette Walker pronounced Allen dead at the scene. At this time, officials have not released information regarding the circumstances that led to the collision or the identity and condition of the other driver.
